Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total tour quote is required upon confirmation to secure boutique villa rooms, domestic seaplane flights, and certified chauffeur guide availability. The remaining balance is payable 30 days prior to your arrival date in Sri Lanka.

2. Cancellations & Alterations

Cancellations made more than 45 days prior to arrival receive a full refund less administrative and unrecoverable hotel advance fees. Cancellations between 30 and 45 days are eligible for a 50% refund. We strongly advise all international guests to acquire comprehensive comprehensive travel insurance.

3. Health, Safety & Travel Documents

Travelers are responsible for maintaining valid passports (with at least 6 months validity from departure date) and securing their Sri Lankan Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) or eVisa. Serendib Voyages assumes no liability for entry denial resulting from missing travel documents.

4. Force Majeure

Serendib Voyages shall not be deemed in breach of contract in instances of severe weather, natural disturbances, or unforeseen regulatory closures that necessitate re-routing of itineraries in the best interest of guest safety.
